As Lee was fastening down some of the coroplast under the Schooner, he noticed that one of the Schooner's tires was almost bald on one side. It would be hard to see because it was on the inside of the tire.

So, off to his favourite tire place to make arrangements to get them switched out on Thursday before we leave for the mainland.

We had a few chores to take care of before we continue our journey and leave Parksville on Thursday. First off we HAD to hit up the Dutch Store and load up with the Dutch licorice for our next leg of travel. (It's a Dutch staple in our house - whether on wheels or on a foundation!). We enjoyed a leisurely lunch-dinner at the local restaurant "Lefty's". Next stop - a tire shop! Then loading up with various grocery staples we will need for the next couple of days.
