In one ear, out the other.

Bella Pacifica RV Park, Tofino BC (1 star)

So Lez seems to be having some hearing issues in her right ear. We decide to head into Tofino to see the medical centre for some advice. It turns out she has a buildup in that ear which they recommend we remove by pouring in some warm water or oil. Lee has visions of a litre or two of oilve oil, but Lez gently reminds him a few drops will do. Oh, ok.

While in Tofino, Lee spotted a most interesting piece of art, called the Weeping Cedar Woman. It's carved our of western red cedar.

It is an annoyance more than anything, fortunately it does not hurt. A rinse with warm (not hot) olive oil has been recommended - which we will try. That should soften the plug of ear wax that has decided to settle in. Now, to find an eye dropper so Lee doesn't just pour the bottle in. Since we have to cross over higher ground leaving here later this week, if all else fails, I'm sure the mountain air pressure will pop an ear.

We decided to have lunch-dinner in Tofino and enjoyed the Bistro Shed. Recommend it!
