The Materials Coordinator has a whack of material to pack.

It takes a lot of stuff to make a Canadian election happen. Lee is coordinating, sorting, packing, double checking and distributing everything for the Edmonton West electoral district. It is lots of work, but he enjoys it.

An example of some of his stuff. He has 50,000 golf pencils to send to the various polling stations!

Lez sighs: What a special kitty. He is doing very well this morning; but it is raining and very cool today, and he seems to know it. He has curled up on the bed in his favourite corner by the window. Ready to go outside when we got home, did stay out for some time - but within the tent porch, as when we checked he was curled up on his favourite Director's camp chair.

For us, we had another interesting day working for the Returning Office for our district, Lee masked and busy with the various supplies, and me, masked also as per the Elections Canada requirements, as a Service Agent - making it possible for people to vote early, without lineups and larger groups. An interesting and very secure process to provide a totally secret ballot for our citizens. Oh Canada.
