The rain and the elevator are coming down.

Woodlawn Campground, Estevan (2 stars)

We had a relaxing drive from Ogema to Estevan, stopping in Midale to snap the elevator. We then continued on, seeing an elevator in Macoun. To our surprise, they appear ready to take it down. We are definitely going back there tomorrow for more photos and information.

After some jiggling back and forth, we got the Schooner settled in a nicely treed site at Woodlawn. Not long after, it started raining so we ensconced ourselves inside for the evening.

Lez notes: This was a very uneventful day. It was a fairly gloomy weather day, as we transferred the Schooner from Ogema to Estevan. A couple of elevators to capture, and the wheat sheaves metal works in Estevan. It has been very hot, and as the cool breeze came up the open door and windows of the RV brought in a welcome cooling. Then came the rains and a welcome they are around here. Out will come more mosquitoes too but we have a spray to deal with them.
