Back in ol' Regina.

Kings Acres, Regina, SK (1 star)

A short drive and we are in Regina. The wind is blowing and the 18 wheelers are whizzing past on the Trans Canada highway here on the east side of town. But it's all good, we have a BBQ steak dinner and settle in for the evening.

Have we mentioned we sleep like logs in the Schooner. Comfy, cool, fireplace on if needed, but not these warm days.

We are docked at Kings Acres where we have stayed before. Very close to the Trans Canada and the big rigs are slowing down and do use those retarder breaks. Nothing has changed. Kind of noisy, but that solid sleep and snoring drowns out any truck. LOL.

I pulled out the sewing project and worked on that today. Winds pretty high, so we just stayed inside and rocked with the gusts. A typical Sask day, evening calms down, so tailgate BBQ was a natural decision.
