Let's just shore that up a bit.
Port Ordze, Sherwood Park AB (2 stars)
Lee says shore that up, get it, the Schooner is getting shored up. Groan!
What did get shored up is the bed frame (see yesterday's comment on its construction). It is now a little sturdier and the laminate flooring wraps it on three sides.
Today I spent quite a bit of time working on a article for the Parksville's quilting guild's (the PQHQG) next newsletter. I shared that I have not done much quilt making because we are "reno-ing" our RV we are living in. I shared the curtains I made for the RV because Lee was tired of restringing the blinds the RV comes with. I shared photos of the new lino planking instead of shag carpet (in an RV! What were they thinking!). I am working on a double wedding ring quilt showing the pieces done at a sew day with long-standing quilter friends who used to work at Earthly Goods in Edmonton when I did. The article reflects one way this quilter can maintain her hobby in a 37 foot 5th wheel.
