We visited Ron and Cami at Surfside late in the morning. Ron is looking pretty good after open-heart surgery. The world's ills were debated and resolved as always.

Later in the afternoon we drove to Ladysmith to visit the Manuels. The Brins had driven out from Edmonton and stopped by for a visit also. Norm, John and Lee enjoyed some adult beverages while the ladies held their Macarena 'meeting'.

It is so good to see Ron is recovering from surgery very well.

Visiting Colleen and John in Ladysmith was great! And bonus to have the Brins join us too. Island Macarena sends their greetings to the Edmonton stronghold. Lots of conversation, lots of laughter. We will miss Colleen and John as we re-settle in Edmonton, but know we will be out to the coast to visit again.
