The boys took it to overtime, but lost. Our four year hockey experience in Parksville is over.

It has been a great experience being immersed in small town hockey. The friends, the players, the fan base have all been great. Sitting just four rows from the home bench is something we will remember for a long time.

On the bright side, Alec and Mimi are here for a visit and they joined us at the game. They will be here for a few days to see grandma and help us prepare for the sale of the Schooner.

We have an Oceanside Generals hockey game tonight. With Alec and Mimi arriving in Parksville today, we are planning to take them to the Generals hockey game tonight. Playoffs Round 1, Game 6.
