Inching along on the large RV slide-out.

Lee installed the large slide cover today. That required two ladders and a few inches of progress on either the pulling or pushing side of the cover to make it move through the channel in which it rests. All done after much climbing and descending of ladders in the narrow space between the Schooner and the fence.

The Surfside skies were clear blue all day. Lots of bird activity on the estuary. We joined Theresa and Gary a few doors down from us and enjoyed a sunny afternoon of conversation. We had a beautiful hawk perch on one of our fence posts today, sat there and posed for several photos. It is either a Sharp Shinned Hawk or a Cooper's Hawk.
