Four wheel drive adventures.

Surfside RV Resort, Parksville BC (2 stars)

So we woke up to a sizable layer of snow. We had some chores to do, so it was four-wheel drive for only the second time in Chuck. Luckily, it wasn't really needed on the hill out of Surfside. The hillside in Parksville Park was loaded with kids and toboggans. We settled in to a cozy Schooner and had a fabulous king crab supper.

Lez notes: This has been one of the quietest days we have had. Usually a Sunday family dinner, but with my brother just back from Mexico, and quaranteeing at mom's for the next two weeks, we decided to pass on the next two weeks. The kids in Edmonton were actually pleased, as Alec wasn't going to be able to make it, and A and C preferred Monday too! So we did our quick chores and settled back into the Schooner with only a handful of photos that Lee took on a walkabout. I am sewing soccer balls. (see yesterday LOL).
