Lez was busy today making sure everything was ship-shape for tomorrow's Quilt Day Zoom session. Lee went out for a walk on the seawall and managed to capture a photo of an eagle and a heron. And, he could hear the sea lions barking out on the Surfside spit. He also determined that at low tide we could indeed cross the estuary and access Shelly Park from Surfside.

Lez stretches and yawns: what a mind busy day. Not just a Quilt Sew Day on Zoom, but a Quilts of Valour - Canada 3rd Annual National QOVC Sew Day!. From 9 AM PST to noon PST - quilters in every province from coast to coast to coast will be in a Zoom room or on Facebook Live. Loading registrants to the spreadsheet with Pat; getting the info sessions confirmed, who did a video, who will speak live. Lisa got the door prizes and list of registrant. Testing a Zoom with a live feed through Facebook; putting together my Welcome and making a "minute by minute". Managed with 2 minutes to spare. Alarm set for 6!
