Lee must be a dog whisperer.
Compared to yesterday, it was quiet at breakfast. There was only one other person down there and for the Scottish waitress it was a much easier workday.
Henriette picked us up and we visited her house for the day. She lives in Huizen with her dog, Lapa. Lapa is a rescue dog from Romania. She is very shy and does not like men. After a while, she sniffed Lez's hand. Later in the afternoon, Lapa was sitting next to Henriette when she asked her to give me a paw. And she did. Henriette was amazed because other members of the family have been unable to do that. Must be Lee, the dog whisperer.
We walked a path along a small harbour out to where it enters the Gooise Meer. There were some sailboats on the water in the distance and a couple of people let their dogs go into the water in front of us. Happy puppies!
A filling breakfast was enjoyed. We visited with Henriette and we all was very surprised how Lapa, her rescue dog took to Lee, who now is referred to as the dog whisperer. A nice walk and the fresh breeze was refreshing.
