Back in cattle country.

Sandman Hotel, Princeton BC

The Fraser Valley has traffic issues for sure but Lez and I had largely avoided them over the years. Not today. It was bumper to bumper all the way to Chilliwack. After that, it leaned out and by the time we were on the Crowsnest Highway No. 3, it was very quiet.

As we drove further east, we started getting into cattle country even though we are technically still in the mountains. We made it to Princeton by 6:00 pm.

On the road again, homeward aka Edmonton bound. I am looking forward to being back home in my sewing room, and enjoying family fondue nights with our boys and their partners. It feels like we have been away for a month.
