The shoebox post office.
Kinnikinnick Campground and RV Park, Port Edward BC (1 star)
Lee wandered over in the direction of the Prince Rupert Grain Terminal for a closer look. It was pretty quiet around the huge building but there were quite a few grain cars on the sidings next to it.
Lee needed a couple of things so he walked down to the Port Edward General Store just below the RV Park. Curiousity got the better of him and he poked his head into the tiny building next door. It's the Point Edward Post Office, smaller than the Schooner. The lady running the place told him there are only about half a dozen of these types of post offices left in Canada.
Today was a work at the sewing machine day! Giving it a good cleaning.
I'm getting the itch to do some sewing again. I've stepped back even more from Quilts of Valour involvement, asking them for a few new brochures to hand out when chatting with quilters or potential supporters in passing. Super volunteers carry on.
