Ferry Island Municipal Campground, Terrace BC (1 star)

Lee convinces Lez that we should head over to the Terrace Visitors Centre, use their free RV dump facility and then check into the campground next door on Ferry Island.

So far so good.

It's a little cheaper, has some shade and a picnic table. But, it has no water connection on-site.

So far, OK, we can put up with this.

We get all settled, have an afternoon snooze and proceed to check our email and some web sites. There is no working internet on this site.

Alrighty then, no internet in almost the middle of Terrace, BC. Your rating on our web site just dropped a notch to one star.

The view out the back of the Schooner is a beautiful forest scene. A ghost of an RV through the trees, is one neighbour, and the other is noticed if we have curtains open on that side of the unit. So, don't open those! Keeps the sun off too LOL.

Internet is on/off more off than on. Hence this posting likely won't publish for another day.

I have buried myself in an old fashioned paper novel.

Oh, we found some salty caramel chunky chocolate covered pretzels at Walmart - oh so deadly!
