Leaky hoses persist.

Port Ordze, Sherwood Park AB (2 stars)

Lee has been monitoring the weather and he decided to move as much of the water hose into the heated shop and also to add the insulated hose we use in winter time at Surfside. Well, maybe they have been screwed together and removed once too often, but for the life of him, he cannot stop them from leaking on the shop floor. A replacement for the 25 foot hose seems to make things a bit better.

It'll be nice once the warm weather returns and we can forget about frozen hoses (for a few months, at least).

Lez sighs: It's amazing how a day can go by, and there were things that were tended to, but for the life of me, I have no idea where the time went.

The snow has disappeared except for a few spots where the sun didn't reach. I did get another quilt block pattern together for QOVC, and sent it off to the coordinator of the hug blocks.

As the sun sets today, there are a couple of mini rainbow pieces on either side - like sun dogs only very colourful! Now, the bottoms of the few clouds are brilliant red as viewed through the trees at the acreage. Note to self, as if I hadn't already filed the thought away - wherever we end our journey and settle in one place, the west and northwest view of the horizon and skies is an absolute must - preferably without civilization in view as I watch from my veranda under a quilt!
